Pessimism's Future

There's a line in an old British television line that says, in part,  "...your pessimism will conjure the future you fear."  (Garrow's Law; S2E4).   Is that really true?  Can pessimism really detour our future toward the destination we despise and fear?  Yes it can- if left unchecked and uncorrected.  Just like a tiny spot of cancer, it grows from a small malignancy affecting only one area to one that not only impedes but destroys the function of the entire body.  It influences our perspective in one seemingly insignificant area, but then grows to affect how we "see," and thus how we act/react to, everything.  This lesson is a sobering look at not only the hows and whys of pessimism, but also the what to do to biblically eradicate it.
