Encouragement From Act 8:40

Our Wednesday evening Adult Bible Class teacher gave us an assignment for the next class.  It was to think about and select "your most encouraging Bible verse," and be ready to explain why it is so.  That night I couldn't sleep thinking about it.  Which one was my "most encouraging Bible passage"?  I'd never thought about it before.  Finally, after much tossing and turning while scroll through verse after verse in my head, I got up and went to my desk and began what turned out to be not an "all nighter," but a "most of the nighter."  I settled on Acts 8:40, and this lesson explains how and why I came to that conclusion.
