Servitude

Jn 13:1-17 Jesus the example

• His hour had come.
  • The time for service is now. Mt 25:1
  • See the present need.
• All things were given into his hands. 
  • God has given us all the necessary tools for service. 2  Pet 1:3
  • God gave us the ability to choose. Rm 6:16-18
• Jesus knew he came from God.
  • We came from God too. Ecc 12:7 Act 7:59
  • We are not self made. Heb 3:4
• He knew He was going back to God.
  • We too will go back to the Farther. 2 Cor 5:10
  • We need to know that we will.

We all need to understand the importance of service using Jesus as our example.
