Family relationships are God-designed and require His instruction to be truly successful. From Ephesians 5 and 6, among other passages, we learn a few things about the responsibilities that a husband has toward his wife. Husbands should exercise sacrificial love to. The purpose of this is to sactify his wife through faith, obedience, and baptism, to present his wife as holy and blameless before God as one can be. Remembering that ultimately, both the husband and the wife are both members of the body of Christ.
