"The" Church and "This" Church

When you think of the word "church", what do you think of? It is a building? A worship service? A social movement? Or is it the people? A congregation? There are certainly places in God's word that defined what He wants Christ's church to look like and how it is to operate. There are also several places where God's word defines the church universal, the church regional, and the church local.
