Lessons From The Leper Healed By Jesus

After His Sermon on The Mount, we read of a story of Jesus healing a man with leprocy. There are throngs of people who have started to follow Him. The man, "full of leopracy", approaches him as his last hope. Will Jesus have enough compassion on Him? The man has faith that He can, prostrates himself before Jesus, and asks Him for His compassion. Jesus touches the man, defiling Himself, and tells him that He does have compassion. It doesn't matter how much sin has separated us from God, Jesus can heal us and make us whole.
