2 Timothy 2:15 is a verse that is well-known by many of us as a verse that encourages us as Christians trying to do what's pleasing to God. It is one of two key verses in 2 Timothy which is a positive admonition associated with learning and applying God's word. The other is vs. 21 which is a negative admonition encouraging us to rightly divide the word of truth with grace. Let's examine 2 Timothy 2 in its context and learning that we must do both to be pleasing to the Master.
