In Luke 11, Jesus gives to His disciples a "model prayer". There are many things that we can learn from this prayer and the parables that follow. Our reverence toward God and our relationship with Him need to be proper. Our requests of God need to be appropriate, realizing our full dependence on Him as the abundant provider of every need we have. God delivers us from all temptations. God forgives us in the same way we forgive others.
